Use the plunger on this sink, push it down and then pulling it up and push down on the plunger. Check other side of the sink, you should make sure the plug is still in place and able to help the vacuum.

Do the vacuum for about five times, if the water drains you can remove the plug on the other side. To ensure the pipe lines completely unclogged, run hot water down the sink. Repeat all the process all over again until you sure your kitchen sink clogged on both sides is already unclogged.
